Update 1st February 2022
Hello
We are very glad to be able to once again offer all our usual opening hours and services again across the four branches, including the late appointments on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We are exceptionally busy at the moment and have been forced to restrict the number of new clients we accept so that we can concentrate on providing the highest standard of care to our existing patients.
We will need to ask for your patience with us as we deal with the increased demand for routine services alongside the large volume of more urgent cases we see each day, whilst we still ensure our Covid-related procedures are kept up. Routine visits may have to wait longer than normal for a free appointment to be available.
We will continue to ask you to wait with your pet outside until your appointment. We do allow one person to accompany your pet into the consultation room as long as they are wearing a face-mask. While the easing of restrictions means that wearing a face covering is no longer a legal requirement, we are asking all our staff and clients to continue wearing them when entering our premises. We know that a lot of people remain cautious and some of our staff are vulnerable so, in order to keep our staff and clients safe, we respectfully request that face coverings are still worn when entering our buildings.
Hopefully we will be able to reduce the restrictions still further over the coming months as the risks from coronavirus reduce and welcome you into the practice in a more normal manner.
All our clients’ cooperation, understanding, positive attitudes and lovely messages throughout the pandemic have been hugely appreciated. We send our very best wishes to all of you and your families, furry and otherwise, and look forward to seeing you soon.
